4. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Nexus Manage related to your use of the Services, such as account verification codes, work order and inspection updates, assignment and scheduling notifications, and service or security alerts. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using the Services.
• Message frequency varies based on your account activity and notification settings.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out and no further messages unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at info@nexusmanage.net.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You agree to notify us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided.

Your mobile number and text messaging consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality in Nexus are owned by us or our licensors.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Services.
• Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months.
